Girls @ Plainfield North Relays

On Friday, April 7th, the Girls will travel to Plainfield North to take part in the Tiger Relays. The girls team has never competed in a relay meet before and they are very excited to take part in this event. Below is the information for the meet. Our lineup is posted below. Schedule

- Field events will start at 4:30pm with the exception of Pole Vault (starts at 4:10pm)

- There is an open 1600 at 4:30pm

- Running events begin at 4:45pm

Important Notes

- NO TAPE is allowed on the track or runway.

- Athletes are not allowed on the infield unless reporting to the starting area.

- NO SPIKES on the bleachers.

- 1/8" spikes only.

- T-shirts are available for purchase (white - $10; gray - $12) by cash or check only (checks made to PNHS).

- Long and Triple will use the same runway. Athletes come and jump when they can.

JV 4x100m Relay - 5:15pm (or conclusion of 4x1600m relay)

V Mid Distance Relay (400, 800, 800, 400)

V High Hurdle Shuttle Relay

V Sprint Medley Relay (100, 100, 200, 400)

V 4x800m Relay
