Week 1 Practice Schedule

Thanks for your patience. There are still a lot of things to iron out, but I do have an update on practices.
We will practice Mon - Fri each week, Saturdays will be on your own (Sundays are typically OFF). Checkins for health screening will be at 3pm at the athletic entrance. We will begin practice promptly at 3:14pm at the Track. Please wear a mask at all times unless directed by a coach to take it off. You should also bring water (hydrate yourself throughout the day). Practice will end each day by 5pm. I recommend that you and your parents sign up for REMIND messages (instructions attached), so that you get information immediately.

Wednesday (8/12): 3-5pm. Checkin is open @ 3pm at athletic entrance, Practice begins @ 3:14pm at the Track.
Thursday (8/13): 3-5pm. Checkin is open @ 3pm at athletic entrance, Practice begins @ 3:14pm at the Track.
Friday (8/14): 3-5pm. Checkin is open @ 3pm at athletic entrance, Practice begins @ 3:14pm at the Track.
Saturday (8/15): No scheduled practice. Get in a Long Run on your own.
Sunday (8/16): OFF for most runners. Please check Google Classroom in the evening for info about the next week.
