Hello everyone, we hope that you are doing well. Suggested workouts are listed below. Please do your best to continue to maintain your fitness. Our season is currently postponed, not cancelled. The IHSA is currently working on plans for an abbreviated season, assuming it is safe to do so. While we don't actually know yet if/ when that will happen, we should absolutely prepare as if it will be happening. Use your teammates and personal pride to stay motivated. Please don't hesitate to contact your coaches with any questions or concerns.
