On your Own Training

Below are recommended practice plans for the rest of the week. Today we will post recommended workouts for week 1 of On Your Own training. District 117 property will be off limits for your workouts. Please utilize open spaces such as Forest Preserves to get your workouts in.
We think it is reasonable for you to find time in your day to complete your workouts. It will require you to PLAN AHEAD. Make staying in shape and even improving your fitness a priority and IT WILL HAPPEN. Do not lose the fitness level you have already achieved. Our season is suspended until at least March 30th. When we are allowed to officially practice again, we plan to have a time trial to gauge fitness level at that time. Please hold yourselves and accountable. Contact any of the coaches with questions.
In addition, please use good judgement and stay safe.

ps - A reminder that per IHSA rules you cannot cannot compete, play or practice with a CLUB TRACK TEAM during this break from high school sports. This is a direct violation and will cause major problems for you and the team.
