Boys @ NLCC Championships

The Boys Track and Field team will compete in the NLCC Championships hosted at Antioch High School on Thursday, May 11th. Field events begin at 4:00pm and running events start at 5:15pm. There are two levels: Varsity and JV. JV will compete first in each event, followed by the varsity. Our lineup will NOT be posted below. Instead, it will be posted on the board by the Locker Room. Please e-mail Coach Ellerman with any questions or concerns.

4:00pm - Field Events

- Varsity Shot Put (top 9 to the finals) Best Flight second

- JV Hahn Discus (4 attempts) Best Flight Last

- Varsity Long Jump (top 9 to the final) Best Flight Last

- JV Hahn Triple Jump (4 attempts) Best Flight First

- Varsity High Jump

- JV Hahn Pole Vault

* 60 minutes for jumpers to get jumps in

After the conclusion of the shot, discus, long jump, and triple jump areas will be open for a 25 minute warm up period.
