Girls @ Maine South Info.

The girls will travel to Maine South on Friday, February 17th. The meet begins at 4:30pm with Prelims in the 50yd dash, 50yd High Hurdles, & Field events. Finals will begin at 4:50pm. The order of events is listed below. A reminder that NO SPIKES are permitted. Also, Coach Shepherd will be sending out reminders for our ETA at LCHS on our return trip. 880 yd run (1 heat varsity & 1 heat JV)  

880 yd relay (1.5 laps / runner; 2 heats each level)                       

440 yd dash (3 heats each level)

Low Hurdle team race (1 level only)

1 mile run
