Postseason Info

We had a wonderful day at the NLCC Championships!! We competed well in all 4 races and showed a tremendous amount of growth from the beginning of the season. Overall we are incredibly proud of how everyone performed when the stakes were high and the conditions were less than ideal. Bravo!

  • Monday, October 16th is the last day of practice for everyone. Athletes should bring their jerseys and warm up jackets to turn in. 
  • Athletes will have fees posted to their account for any missing gear. Jerseys ($50) and Warm Up Jackets ($200). 
  • After Monday, only the top 10 athletes are expected to be at practice, however all athletes are welcome to attend practice and workout.
  • Saturday, October 21st is the IHSA Regional at Lakes. Girls race at 10am and Boys race at 11am.
  • Saturday, October 28th is the IHSA Sectional at Emricson Park in Woodstock.
  • Saturday, November 4th is the IHSA State Finals at Detweiller Park in Peoria.
  • Thursday, November 9th is the Team Awards Ceremony at 6pm in the cafeteria. All athletes will receive something.
NLCC Wrap Up
All conference:
Girls Varsity - Madison Twarling, Bri Gara, & Hannah Salbilla.
Champions: Madison Twarling (Girls Varsity) and Matthew Powley (Boys JV)
Team Finish:
Girls Varsity - 2nd
Boys Varsity - Tie for 1st (lost tiebreaker)
Girls JV - 3rd
Boys JV - 4th
