Summer Training Week 6

Eagles,
We're back! The XC Staff is excited to welcome you back on the 7th for Summer Camp. We hope that you plan to join us for our Tues/ Thurs sessions from 7 to 9am throughout July (click here to register). Please check your email for the return to play document that has more information. In addition, please check out key information listed below so that you are prepared for Camp. Please reach out with any questions.

Important Reminders
- Hydrate a day in advance and eat something in the morning before you come to Camp.
- Self Check for health before leaving for Camp.
- Use bathroom before leaving for Camp.
- Bring Water, Masks, Sanitizer, and anything else you would normally bring. Please keep items in a bag.
- Arrive @Polley Field by 6:45am for check-in so that we can begin camp by 7am.
- We will meet at the Track AFTER check-in.
- Social distance and Do NOT share water or other items with teammates.
- Leave within 15 minutes of conclusion of Camp. We will dismiss from Track. Sign up for REMIND if you have not already.
(A REMIND Message will be sent when we begin stretching. That means that we will be done within 10-20 minutes.)
