Athletes,

There will be OPTIONAL practice during Spring Break on Monday (25), Tuesday (26), and Wednesday (27) next week. We will practice from 9 to 11am at Lakes. If you can't make it, try doing the workouts listed below (Sprints) or on Google Classroom (distance). It is your responsibility to maintain and/ or enhance your level of fitness. Be ready to compete on Tuesday, April 2nd, our next meet. Above all else, enjoy your break.
